Payment details:

This amount serves as a non-refundable 50% deposit for the designs outlined in the proposal delivered July 7, 2026.

A final invoice will be sent on October 9, 2026. The remaining balance is due by the project start date (November 9, 2026). Any changes to the project scope must be finalized at this time. If payment is not made by this date, production will be placed on hold, and the project will be rescheduled upon receipt of payment.

Additional items may be added at any time (subject to schedule availability) and would be invoiced separately.
