Terms and Store Policies

 
  1. RETURN POLICY
    Orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged. 
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately to arrange a refund or replacement. Please provide your name, order number, a description of the issue, and attach a photo of the defect/damage. I will coordinate shipping back to me at no additional cost to you. To do so, I ask that you save all packaging materials for a quick, safe return. I’m happy to send you a replacement product as soon as one is available, or I will refund your order in its entirety. All requests for replacement must be made within 7 days from delivery date.
     

  2. No order changes, cancellations, returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.
     
  3. SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY
    Please note I am unable to make changes to your order or shipping address once an order has been received. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

    All items placed under one order will be delivered to the same address. If you want to send items to separate addresses, please place separate orders. This will ensure separate processing and provide separate tracking information for you to follow.
     

  4. SHIPPING RATES
    All shipping costs are a flat rate. All orders typically depart from Oilville, Virginia (23129), and take 1–4 days to arrive via USPS Priority mail. At this time I do not ship internationally. 
     

  5. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING EMAIL
    You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted and as soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
     

  6. ORDER PROCESSING
    In-stock products ship next business day or up to 2 business days later. Made-to-order items typically ship within 7-10 days. Custom orders will be shipped according to the pre-determined schedule.
